三相异步电动机测试系统整体设计

摘要:

本文讨论了电动机性能参数测量难的问题,提出了基于“虚拟负载”形式的三相异步电动机测试系统,该系统不必驱动实际机械负载,仅通过静态测试数据及空载试验、短路试验所采集的三相电压、三相电流等数据,并借助于“解析圆图法”和虚拟仪器分析软件,即可计算出三相异步电动机的重要性能参数。此种技术方案不仅提高了数据处理的正确性与精度,而且减少了操作人员的工作量。相较于传统的电机测量技术而言,该方案节省一个电动机运转所消耗的电能,降低了测试成本,是更加“绿色化”的智能测试分析系统。

Abstract:

This article discusses the difficult problem of measuring motor parameters,Based on this proposed a "dummy load" in the form of three-phase asynchronous motor test system.This system does not have to drive the actual mechanical load.Only through the static test data and load test.The collected short circuit test phase voltage, phase current and other data.Can analyze the importance of the three-phase asynchronous motor performance parameters by the Analytic circle diagram method and Virtual Instrument Software.Such technical solution not only improves the accuracy and precision of the data processing,but also reduces operator workload.And compared to traditional measurement techniques,the motor running and the cost of the motor test saves a power consumed.Make intelligent measurement and analysis system more "green".
